"Au fil de l'eau" Studio with garden

The space This studio of 24 m2 on the ground floor in continuity of our dwelling 25 km from Toulouse in a small hamlet has an independent entrance, an adjoining private terrace and a large garden. The 1.65m sofa unfolds and can be used as an extra bed for a child. All is completed by a large storage closet, good thermal insulation, reversible air conditioning and finally wifi. Linen is provided (sheet, pillowcase, towel, towels, microfiber, etc.) Guest access The land is enclosed, equipped with an electric gate. Your vehicle has a place on the grounds. You have a table with chairs on the adjoining terrace and a plancha on request. You have access to the wooded land, orchard, small pond, pools. For more conviviality you can have a terrace above the pools in the shade of the banana trees. You can also sit on the pontoon of the pond or read a book under the weeping willow. A shelter is available for your bikes. Last house on the road which makes the place very quiet and direct access to the Emilie path (countryside hiking).
