Hillview Apartment, Navan

Hillview Apartment is located in Harristown, Navan, Co. Meath, lovely quiet countryside, between Navan and Slane about 6km from each and 20 mins from Emerald (Tayto) park. Suitable for families up to 5 or 4 adults (due to top bunk only suitable for kids). The space The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. It consists of a large open plan kitchen-living area. The kitchen has a dining table with 4 chairs and an island with 4 high chairs, the kitchen comes with all required appliances, and the living area consists of 2 couches, 1 arm chair, a TV and DVD player (Firestick available on request). One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom consists of a triple bunk (stairs can be removed for younger guests)please note the top bunk can only be used for children over 8 yrs, no adults for safety reasons. House capacity is a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children or 4 adults. There is also a patio area with garden furniture, access to charcoal bbq during summer months. Guests also have access to the garden which contains goalposts and rebounder there is a mini basketball area. This is a secure premises with electric gates. Our main residence and the apartment are on this site. If you require a child minder please send me a message and if my daughter (age 15) is available she will provide this service. Tea, coffee, milk, bread, eggs and basic supplies are provided. Guest access There is parking right outside the apartment. Also you can have access to an EV charger at an extra charge. Other things to note You will need a car for this location. As this is a secure site you will be required to pay a deposit of €50 for the gate fob, and in case of any damages, deposit will be returned to you upon successful departure.
