House in the countryside

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders! The space Small house (my house is in the annex) with living room, kitchen, 2xbedrooms, bathroom, toilet (Attic, garage, boiler room, tank room and basement compartment are not available to guests) Guest access House with private entrance only for the guests Other things to note The local tax of €2.40 per person/night is included in the booking price! In the village 4 km away there is a spa with pool, sauna, hot tub, solarium, massages,... The Johannesweg is a supra-regional hiking and pilgrimage trail in the lower Mühlviertel. The Mühlviertel Alm's network of bridle paths with about 700 km inspires many hikers! Horse parking is 50 meters away! Hikers and mountain bikers also love the Mühlviertel In 25 minutes by car you can reach the state capital Linz with all its sights such as e.g. Ars Electronica Center, Lentos, Pöstlingberg,....
