The space The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, basic cooking facilities, a dining table, and chairs. Guest access The apartment is located on the grounds of a family house. Guests have a free parking space at their disposal. Other things to note Vyšné Ružbachy is one of the most beautiful spa towns in northern Slovakia, offering a unique combination of nature, history, and relaxation. Here, you can swim in a travertine lake that resembles a volcanic crater, but was actually formed by the activity of mineral springs and is one of the largest travertine craters in Central Europe. The village is known for its spa, Kúpele Vyšné Ružbachy, which also includes a summer swimming pool and a wellness center where you can bathe in thermal mineral water with beneficial effects on the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. The spa tradition here dates back to the 17th century. Since the village is located on the border of the Pieniny National Park and the Tatra National Park, it offers plenty of opportunities for hiking or cycling. In the winter, skiers will also enjoy themselves at the ski resort located just outside the village. For artistic souls, the village is of interest due to the International Sculpture Symposium. The travertine sculptures are scattered freely in nature in the former quarry outside the village. In the surrounding towns, you can explore well-preserved castles and ruins. And if you get a craving for hot chocolate or whiskey, be sure to visit the renowned Nestville Park in the village of Hniezdne.
