On the ground floor, enjoy a 24 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen. You have high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, radiator heating, and a fan for your comfort. Outside, relax in the large shared 4,500 m² garden with trees and a pond. Other things to note An uncovered terrace provides extra space to enjoy the outdoors. Garden furniture is available during your stay. Parking includes one space on the property. Parties are not allowed. This accommodation is for adults only; children over 2 are not permitted. The cottage is 600 m from the village center, where you'll find a pharmacy, grocery store, butcher, bakery, tobacconist, bar, and restaurant. Many hiking trails start directly from the house, ideal for walkers, hikers, cyclists, and riders. Riding center and fishing nearby. The hosts live on site, but not in your accommodation.
