We are equipped for max. 14 people + 4 possible dogs, and you have 2 fully furnished properties all to yourselves! This is our 'Eifelflair' holiday home, the more comfortable option among our properties: Holiday home with conservatory & holiday apartment Eifelflair 1. You can park your cars free of charge right in front of the building entrance, and then you can check in with us independently and conveniently using the key box. We also have other, free parking spaces on the property for motorcycles. Five large king-size beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) in separate bedrooms, as well as a single 90 x 200 cm bed in one of the bedrooms, plus a very comfortable sofa bed, provide privacy and should ensure restful nights in our property. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet and offers optimal comfort. Your holiday kitchens are fully equipped and each have a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven. Of course, there are also plenty of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils. It is important to us that you feel at home with us and that you also lack nothing. You can start your day in a relaxed way with a complimentary coffee or tea on the beautiful terrace, which offers a lovely view, in your own garden, or you can jump straight into the hot tub, which can reach temperatures of up to 40°C (104°F). Your breakfast and matching shopping can be found in the area. Restaurants and the beautiful district of Schleiden, GEMÜND, are just a 4-minute drive away. After a tiring day, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace, enjoy a glass of wine in the conservatory at sunset, or relax on the sofa with a 65- and a 55-inch UHD Smart TV. Everything that our vacation home provides is of course also welcome to be used by you. The outdoor area, including the hot tub and fairytale garden, is available to you free of charge, as is the beautiful, unique surrounding area!!! Peace and relaxation for your soul make you completely forget the stress of everyday life. Take a break! Free bed linen and towels are of course also available. In the bathrooms, you will also always find soap, shower gel and shampoo. If work calls, you can easily do this in our "home office". High-speed internet is included in the price of your stay, and who could resist working with such a view and in such peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature? We are definitely looking forward to seeing you, and your four-legged family members are also very welcome!!! 🌞 Guest access This holiday home, which will open in mid-December 2025, can accommodate 14 people plus babies/toddlers and 4 four-legged family members. It is available to you exclusively in its entirety, comprising two fully furnished accommodation units, along with the large outdoor area featuring a fairytale garden, several terraces/balconies and a conservatory. You can park right outside the front door and check in independently and conveniently using the key box. On the ground floor is a spacious living-dining area with fireplace, the cozy sofa bed and view into the garden. There are two modern kitchens, a guest WC and two washing machines. There are three separate bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom, and then two single bedrooms and a further bathroom are located on the upper floor of the holiday home. You will DEFINITELY feel at home in our fantastic property!!! 😊 Other things to note We guarantee high quality bed linen and towels. Of course, sufficient and free for you!
