The accommodation can sleep up to four guests, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, plus a separate kitchen / dining area The space The annexe is attached to the main house but offers privacy, its own entrance and driveway parking. Access to electric vehicle charger (overnight) by arrangement. Bedroom: comfortable double bed, storage for clothes, bedlinen and towels provided. Bathroom: wetroom with shower, sink and toilet Living Room: Sofa converts into a sofa bed for additional guests (by arrangement), TV with Amazon Fire TV, french doors opening onto a secluded patio and access to a shared garden Kitchen: Dining table & chairs, stand-alone combination cooker including cooker, grill & mircowave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle & toaster, crockery and cooking facilities. Laundry facilities available by arrangement (there is no washing machine in the annexe itself) Guest access The annexe has its own entrance at the side of the main property Other things to note Two friendly dogs live at the main house, so the annexe is best suited to guests who are comfortable around dogs. Accommodation is all on the ground floor. The ceilings are relatively low in this, the older part of the property and there are small level changes between rooms.
