In the immediate vicinity is a neighboring town that offers everything for everyday needs: gas stations, a doctor, a dentist, shops, and restaurants can be reached quickly and easily. The Baltic Sea is only about 40 minutes away and is perfect for relaxing day trips to the coast. The A1, A24, and A20 highways can also be reached quickly, giving you flexibility to travel in all directions. For nature lovers and those seeking tranquility, the nearby towns of Mölln and Ratzeburg are particularly recommended. Both offer a beautiful lake district and plenty of opportunities for walking, biking, or simply relaxing in idyllic surroundings. We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access Facilities & Use of Property The property has a total of three bedrooms (two single bedrooms and one double bedroom) available for guests. There is also a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that can be used by all guests. The balcony is partially accessible: only the half of the balcony that can be accessed directly from the kitchen may be used. The other area and the garden are not part of the rental. Ideal for companies, teams, and longer stays! We ask all guests to use the common areas considerately and to leave them clean so that everyone can feel comfortable. Enquire now and book easily. One room is used during the day on weekdays as a quiet beauty salon. For you, this means a structured daily routine and a pleasant, quiet evening. Weekends are especially quiet and relaxed.
