500m from one of the best beaches on the Island, in a quiet clos, with no through road. Our garage linked house has a lovely sunny garden. You will have complete use of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with separate bath and shower, lounge, kitchen, sun room and garden. Towels, bed linen and Wifi provided. Sky Q on 3 TVs including main 55" TV in the lounge. Fully equipped Kitchen. Children and shorter breaks than 7 days considered by request. The space Complete exclusive use of our house and garden. House comprises lounge, kitchen/diner, large sunroom and 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. (3rd bedroom in house is not for the use of guests and will be used for storage of our personal items) Wifi provided throughout house and garden. 3 TVs with Sky Q incl Sky Sports, Movies and BT sport - 55" OLED TV in Lounge, 65” TV in sun room and TV in double bedroom. Exclusive use of garden furniture including a Weber electric barbecue. X2 bodyboards for use of guests available in shed. We also have paddle boards which are used at the guests own risk. Kitchen fully equipped with Induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer also available in garage for use of guests. Driveway available for parking and can use garage for bike storage etc. Main bathroom has been newly fitted in 2023. Guest access Several beautiful beaches within easy walking distance - nearest Beach Port Soif only 500m away. Just a little further along the coast is Cobo bay. Sitting on Cobo beach watching the sunset is one of the many delights that Guernsey has to offer. Vazon bay with its own surf school is also just a little further along the coast. Bus stop about 400m from house with a regular bus into St Peter Port. 2 kiosks within easy walking distance - Port Soif Kiosk and Grandes Rocques kiosk. A 10min walk brings you to a small shop and local butchers and a little further the amenities of Cobo Bay which include an Iceland and Bank. M&S food and Waitrose also within an easy 10min car journey. We would also recommend visiting the cliffs and cliff path on the South Coast of Guernsey which again is a short drive away. Other things to note Cleaning is done for your arrival and departure at no extra cost. However, tenants are politely asked to return the house in a clean and tidy condition. Vacuum cleaner and household/cleaning products are available to use.
