Perfect connection (3 min) to the public bus to the center (15 min) or with our 2 free bicycles on the Salzach bike path directly to the old town (15 min). The Salzachseen recreational area is 50 m away and the free swimming lake is 300 m away. Exhibition center (1 km), Red Bull Academy (1 km) Car: Parking available on private property The space Very cozy apartment located in a green area overlooking the garden and adjacent forest. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer and cozy warm in winter due to its location. 2 bikes are available to our guests free of charge. The adjacent Salzachseen recreational area offers a public free swimming lake and numerous small fishing lakes for walks and recreation. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity of the Salzach is a walking and cycling path that leads directly to the center of Salzburg. The public bus stop to the center of Salzburg is a 2-minute walk. Guest access The apartment has a separate, private house entrance and is exclusively available for guests. The general laundry room is right next to the apartment. Washing machine/dryer can be used on request. There is also a toilet in this room. Other things to note *** NEW: Guest Mobility Ticket + Overnight Stay Tax*** Since May 1, 2025, a mobility fee of 3.50 euros per day per person in total has been legally required from guests in the state of Salzburg in addition to the general accommodation tax. For the mobility fee, each guest receives the MobilityGuestTicket, which entitles them to free use of all public transport in the state of Salzburg during their stay. We will collect this amount separately upon departure in order to save additional costs via the booking portal. The ticket will be sent to the guest in digital form by email. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. For bookings of 10 days or more, the apartment will be cleaned free of charge every 7 days, and bed linen and bath towels will be changed, of course in consultation with the guest regarding the timing.
