Private cozy 2-room apartment with living room/kitchen island, bathroom/shower and bedroom. Private terrace with dining table & beautiful view of the countryside. Perfect connection (3 min) to the public bus to the center (15 min) or with our 2 free bicycles on the Salzach bike path directly to the old town (15 min). The Salzachseen recreational area is 50 m away and the free swimming lake is 300 m away. Exhibition center (1 km), Red Bull Academy (1 km) Car: Ample parking is available on the main street. The space Very cozy, green apartment overlooking the in-house garden and adjacent forest. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer and cozy warm in winter due to its location. 2 bikes are available to our guests free of charge. The adjacent Salzachseen recreational area offers a public free swimming lake and numerous small fishing lakes for walks and recreation. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity of the Salzach is a walking and cycling path that leads directly to the center of Salzburg. The public bus stop to the center of Salzburg is a 2-minute walk. Guest access The apartment has a separate, private house entrance and is exclusively available for guests. The general laundry room is right next to the apartment. Washing machine/dryer can also be used. There is also a toilet in this room. Other things to note *** NEW: Guest Mobility Ticket + Accommodation Tax*** Since May 1, 2025, a mobility contribution of 3.50 euros per day per person has been legally required from guests in the Salzburg region. As a host, we have decided not to charge this extra and invite our guests to do so (in other accommodations, this is usually charged in cash upon arrival). For the mobility contribution, each guest receives the MobilityGuestTicket, which entitles them to free use of all public transport in the state of Salzburg during the stay.
