Other things to note Please take a moment to review these important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at our modern farmhouse. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $100, subject to availability; please inquire beforehand. The property has free parking available on the premises. For your comfort and safety, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors during these hours. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted inside the home or near doors/windows; a $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed; a $500 fee applies for unauthorized pets. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total, including visitors; only registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests may result in a fee of $100 per person. Upon check-out, please place used towels in the washer, put used dishes in the sink, take out the trash, turn off lights/electronics, and lock all windows and doors. Return keys to the lockbox.
