1 bedroom cottage, in the charming village of Wrentham. 5 mins drive or 40 mins walk to the beach. 6 miles from Southwold, 7 from Lowestoft. Handy for beaches, walking, birdwatching, theme park & zoo. The village has 2 pubs/ restaurants, serving great meals. A chinese takeaway and 2 shops. Spend time relaxing. There's a well equiped kitchen/diner, spacious lounge and secure courtyard garden, with BBQ, opening onto a green for a bit of canine exercise. Note: old properties have steep stairs. The space Upstairs is a spacious double. Downstairs, bathroom with shower, lounge and kitchen diner. Towels and bedding provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The cottage is self-catering so please supply your own shampoo, top up loo roll, etc. There are Boogie boards and beach chairs at the property, feel free to use these. Gas central heating by combie boiler. Electric shower. Outside is a gated courtyard with BBQ and seating. A gate leads to the community centre grass area. Parking is in laybys opposite. There are no charges or restrictions. Other things to note Please note stairs are steep and the bathroom is downstairs. Parking is in a layby on the opposite side of the road. It is free and unrestricted.
