Air-conditioned wooden chalet with land 15' from Vichy

New air-conditioned log cabin of 19 m² with a 140 cm double bed and a sofa bed. Large plot around the chalet with our friends the chickens at the bottom of the garden. We are in the house on the property and will welcome you most of the time for check-in. Strict rules apply in the chalet and we thank you in advance for respecting them. THE CHALET IS IDEAL FOR 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN, BUT NOT 4 ADULTS, AS IT MAY BE TOO CROWDED Air-conditioned chalet The space Hello We are a young couple with a little girl from 2022. Our cottage is new and has been developed and built by our hands. We opened it at the end of December 2025. WE ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND EACH REQUEST WILL BE QUICKLY VALIDATED. It is equipped with a bedroom area with a 140 cm bed and a living area with a sink, microwave, mini fridge, mini electric hob, Senseo coffee maker and kettle. A BZ bench as an extra bed for 1 or 2 more people. Ideal for children, as adults might feel a bit uncomfortable. The bedding is from November 2025. Bathroom with 90x90 shower and closed toilet completes the chalet. A hair dryer will be at your disposal as well as shower gel and shampoo. The chalet is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter via a reversible air conditioner. We will ask you not to overheat or over-air-condition Linens and towels included The wastewater is private, and we ask that our guests do not throw anything down the toilet other than toilet paper, otherwise the pump will be clogged. This is my job and the place will be maintained after each guest, so if there is anything else in the place that causes a problem during your stay, you will be charged. The roof is made of sheet metal, which can make noise in heavy rain. SHOES PROHIBITED in the chalet PARTIES AND MUSIC PROHIBITED, NON-SMOKING. NO GUEST(S) In case of booking by workers, the accommodation will be limited to a maximum of 2 workers. Respect and discretion towards our neighborhood is very important to us. PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. FOR DOGS, THEIR BUSINESS IS NOT ALLOWED IN OUR GARDEN. Access to the chalet is via a private entrance that crosses our courtyard. Your vehicle will be parked either on the cottage's private access road in front of the cottage's own gate, or in our enclosed courtyard through another gate next to our private vehicles (as you prefer).
