MAIN DESCRIPTION A few steps away from the white sand beaches of Pittulongu, Pellicano and Mare and Rocce Villetta Bianca stands out for its spaciousness and design that recalls at the same time tradition and modernity. The house is set on two independent and completely separate levels and is equipped with two large bedrooms and two modern bathrooms for a total of 7 beds, large open space living room and kitchen, adjacent covered veranda and shared garden with a second property. The property has internal parking spaces and an electric gate. Seasonal Wifi (1 May-31 October), air conditioning in every room. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION Recently renovated and never inhabited, Villetta Bianca is settled on two independent levels. The upper level is accessible via an external staircase at the side of the building. On the ground floor is a large open space with a sitting / TV corner and a sofa bed, air conditioning, a kitchen with a dining table, an oven, a fridge / freezer and a dishwasher, a large bathroom with shower / bidet / WC / sink and velux window and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and single bed overlooking the garden. The living room leads to the outdoor area composed by a covered veranda with garden furniture and sun loungers. The 300 square meter garden is shared with a second unit in front of the house. Upstairs a small entrance with wardrobe and mini fridge leads to a spacious bedroom with double bed, single bed and air conditioning; the room has a balcony with outdoor furniture and overlooks the garden. A modern bathroom with shower / bidet / toilet / sink is exclusively available to guests on the upper floor. A small outdoor area located in the garden houses the laundry with washing machine and charcoal barbecue. The garden is fenced and closed by an electric gate, inside you can park up to 2 cars. Other things to note Booking Details The accommodations offered by Klodge are private properties rented out by their owners with the support and mediation of Klodge. As private residences they do not adhere to specific standards or categories and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term vacation rentals. Services that are essential for short-term stays, like final cleaning and an initial linen set, are provided by specialised external companies. The cost of these services is covered by the guest. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. - - - Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
