This place, which is not just furnished, but feels like your own little home on the water from the very first moment. Many of our guests experience exactly this “wow” moment when they arrive, and describe their stay as simply fantastic. This houseboat is very special to us. Access to the houseboat is intentionally kept a bit more basic, but that's precisely what ensures you have peace and quiet up here. Our Seeadler is not an anonymous place; it is furnished with a lot of love. The space A place that isn't just furnished – but that feels like your own little home on the water from the very first moment. Our houseboat is moored in the Schwedenschanze harbor. We have 2 bedrooms here. The large bedroom has 2 doors to make it more convenient when getting up. 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet, and one with a shower so you don't have to wait in line. Our living room has a cozy sofa corner that is suitable for sleeping. There is also a kitchenette here. Our roof terrace is stylish and lovingly furnished. Not just 2 loungers provided. Everyone is sure to find relaxation here. You can also enjoy your coffee or wine on the lower terrace. The whole concept is completed by an organic sauna. Sauna fragrances are available. We provide a bicycle for you to use to get bagels, free of charge of course, and for fun, 2 stand-up paddleboards, also free of charge. There is a washing machine in the storage room that you can use free of charge. Our transition depends on the water level, but don't worry, it's still a nice transition to a very peaceful environment. Our houseboat is in a very quiet location, but still close to the city. Lots of nature all around us. There is also a nice bike path for taking a walk or starting your bike tour. We have games and books for them on site. Beach toys for children as well. This is our houseboat, the Seeadler, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with kitchen and sofa bed. We have high-quality box-spring beds. Our houseboat has an extra hallway, so you don't have to go through the bedrooms to get into the house. We have a cozy little bio sauna that can comfortably seat 4 people. Our roof terrace is very stylishly furnished. We pay a lot of attention to details. In the living room, you also have privacy thanks to a sliding door to the hallway. Other things to note We allow 2 dogs. We provide you with bed linens, towels, toilet paper, soap, hair shampoo, shower gel, spices, oils, tea, pasta, and other groceries. I will be happy to send you a list. I cannot provide any guarantee for the bicycle; each guest is responsible for it. If we all handle it properly, we can all use it. Please clean the grill before your departure. If you'd like to help with the cleaning, please strip the beds; it would be a small help, but it's not a requirement. I can only emphasize our quiet location and, therefore, our unique entrance; this is very important to me.
