The cabin has stunning views over the water and towards Gaustatoppen. The cabin area is quiet and peaceful with few other cabins. The panoramic view from the large windows in the living room is absolutely outstanding and here you get it nice both inside the cozy living room and outside on the large porch. I hope that my guests enjoy the view and the pleasant environment inside and outside. The Jacuzzi will be installed in September 2025 and is available to guests from October to May each year. The space The cabin has panoramic views towards Gaustadtoppen and is located right by Reskjemvatnet with stunning views. Summer offers swimming, canoeing, ping pong and mountain hiking. In winter you can go cross-country skiing at Grønkjær ( 5 km drive from the cabin) or take advantage of the alpine resort at Lifjell ( 20 minutes drive) I rent out a canoe for NOK 350,- 24 hours. The canoe is shared with my other cabin in the same area and therefore must be booked in advance of your stay. NB! In winter, 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended to get all the way to the cabin door. Alternatively, you can park 50 m from the cabin Guest access The entire home except for the storage room and the loft is available Jacuzzi ready for use from October to May each year Other things to note Jacuzzi usage rules must be obeyed. These are simple but strict rules. There will be an additional fee of NOK 1500, if the water must be replaced due to misuse More guests than you have booked for are not allowed - the cabin has limited water capacity with its own well - arranged for 6 people Please note that there are often dogs/cats in this cabin and that the cabin for this reason is not allergy-friendly or suitable for asthmatics - The cabin is not suitable for infants or children under 12 years - Jacuzzi must not be used after 11 pm for the sake of guests or owners of other cabins in the area
