The henhouse that became a modern apartment on a farm

The old henhouse at Lyckås Gård became a pleasant apartment. Free location with proximity to the countryside and Söderåsen. 6 km to Klippan, 34 km to Helsingborg, 24 km to Söderåsen National Park. The apartment is in an old timber house. It was decorated and completed in 2017. Fully modern, but with the old beams preserved. Nice walking and cycling paths in the surrounding area and close to forest and tranquility. Environmental considerations and thinking in the yard with, among other things, solar cells. Well-appointed patio with furniture and gas grill. The space The apartment is tastefully and pleasantly decorated to provide a welcoming home feeling. The farm was built in the 1850s and the buildings and farm surroundings are kept in good condition. Solar cells and wind power provide the electricity to the yard and the heat comes from a larger pellet plant at the other end of the house. The wooden furniture in the apartment is made of recycled wood, other furniture is carefully selected to fit in. Some unusual details, lavish and homey. Floor heating throughout the apartment, at least 22 degrees (adjustable) even when it's cold outside. Canvas paintings on the walls with motifs from the area. The original beams from the time when it was a chicken coop are still there. The window boards are handmade from oak trees that have stood somewhere in the farm's surroundings. South-facing patio with furniture, parasol and gas grill. The nature around the farm shifts between 250-year-old oak forest and endless expanses. Just a few hundred meters up the road, you can see Kullaberg's silhouette in clear weather. Many nice walking and cycling routes in the area. Hiking area a few kilometers away. Bicycles are available to borrow. Söderåsen and Klöva Hallar with its fantastic nature and Skåneleden are a quarter of an hour's drive away. Skäralid National Park is a half-hour drive away. Our goal is that you as a guest should have a really pleasant and good time when you are there and we do everything we can to help with what you need. My ambition is to be reachable 24/7. Guest access Entire apartment at guests' disposal. Closets available. A generous lawn (fenced) is included and can be used for activities. A spacious patio is included in the rental. In the summer months, there is furniture and a barbecue.
