Enjoy yourself with a walk on the North Country Trail, a day fishing on the many nearby lakes or Fly fishing on the Pere Marquette River or simply enjoy the time on the deck grilling and overlooking the beauty of the lake. Fire pit with chairs and all the wood you need free with your stay. Leave your shoes at the door as you will find our cottage spotless when you arrive. The cottage is surrounded by State and Federal Land and you will find the area very quiet and private. The lake is a fishing lake and really not for swimming however there is a Township Park on Woodland Lake that is a good swimming spot about 1 mile away.
