Snodland is a town of modest village-like proportions, but spoilt with many advantages on your doorstep, including a station. The space You have the house to yourself. The house offers a good size bedroom with a king size bed. The family sized kitchen includes a Neff double oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Bosch washing machine. The lounge/diner has a newly fitted carpet, comfortable corna sofa and Sky Glass smart TV and high-speed fibre broadband. For your convenience there is parking for two cars and a self check-in. The house is a mid terrace and therefore you are likely to hear neighbours in their homes and gardens. Please be respectful and we ask for no additional guests or parties, observing quiet times between 9pm and 7am. ● If you love the outdoors, watersports, walks and taking in far reaching views and lakes, you're in the right place. The lakes can be reached from multiple places and are vast. ● Spectacular views of the area can be seen from Holly Hill - A short drive or a 55min walk from the house. Take binoculars. ● St Andrews Lake (10 mins by car) offers several watersports on a spectacularly blue lake. Snodland town centre is a safe 14min walk, all on pavements, and includes: ● Co-op (very well stocked) ● Budgens ● Pharmacy (7 and 14 mins walk) ● Several takeaways - Indian, Chinese, kebab and Pizza outlets. ● Angelina Restaurant which is highly recommended. ● Train station is a 16min walk and serves commuters to London. Services typically arrive at London St Pancras International (approx. 43-59 minutes) or London Victoria (approx. 1 hour 9 minutes). There are many trains daily. ● BP with M&S (1 mile) and a Shell service stations (10min walk, with a convenience store only 5mins away) at each end of the town. ● Tesco Superstore is a 2 mile drive or a 30min walk through Leybourne Lakes.
