Air-conditioned floor in a neo-Bearnaise house in the countryside

Independent accommodation of 100m2 on the 1st floor of my neo-Béarnaise house, on a plot of 1000m2. Private bathroom, toilet, and equipped kitchenette. Separate entrance to my living space on the ground floor, through the garage, and access via stairs. I give access to the garage, the garden, the outdoor terraces. My cat has access to the space you will occupy. It is very low in allergen, and will tend not to come in your presence. No parties The space 3 cars can be parked, but entrance from the impasse is quite narrow: some achieve to enter with Van/small truck but not with camping-car. Very bright accommodation, refurbished in 2016. Large living-room. I am starting to be a host, so you will certainly miss some elements of comfort. I haven’t installed a real sofa or a TV yet. Currently there is a sofa bed in 140 cm. 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom with comfortable bed of width 180 cm. 2nd bedroom: if needed you can move the 140 cm sofa-bed located in the living room to this room, it is a temporary measure. Large bathroom with very large shower, double sink, heated towel dryer and magnifying anti-fog backlight mirror, Bluetooth with speakers. Child bath available in the room. Separate toilets with handwash sink. Equipped kitchenette: induction hob, hood, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso, microwave, fridge without freezer. If needed, you can use a freezer compartment located in the garage. Large dressing Wifi (code available once booking effective, and printed in accommodation instructions left in the apartment) VMC dual flow Reversible air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and the living room. I leave access to my washing machine, the outdoor laundry wires, the ironing table with steam generator and indoor dryers. Most of the garden is mowed by a robot, so it is advisable to leave nothing on the ground in this part and pick up your pet’s waste. I can remotely activate/deactivate the mowing if needed, to play/enjoy the garden for example. Use the big red STOP button in case of danger. Apart from the mountain bike, you can use the recreational equipment located in the laundry room, subject to proper use, cleaning and storage (net-rackets-volts badminton, parasol and beach games, balloons, balance bike-trotinnette-tricycle, petanque...). I give access to the large Weber barbecue that runs on charcoal. For any request for information/detail/advice, do not hesitate to contact me. Guest access Autonomous access via portal and key box. Access to the accommodation is via an automatic portal with a code, but it is currently broken due to a storm; it will remain open at all times until it is repaired (end of july 2026? take care of your pet). The entrance from the impasse is quite narrow, do not hesitate to get help from someone. The professionals manage to return with a large van/small truck, but a motorhome will certainly not enter. If you do not feel it or are unable to return your vehicle, you can park it at the end of the impasse (25m away). I leave available the remote control of the gate as well as the unlock key in case of power failure, and access to the accommodation is via the garage door gate, from which I leave the key. The garage door is automatic and can be operated from the garage (when you have properly closed the gate). Other things to note Due to the presence of my cat, who regularly accesses the accommodation at your disposal, I would advise against booking if a person is very allergic. Until now, no one has been allergic to him (I am myself allergic to some cats but Mango does not provoke any of them for me). You will find some restaurants/bars in the surroundings. Restaurant Bairrada 64 (Portuguese, mainly on weekends) in Souye The relay of the Patte d'Oie (bistrot) which makes a deposit of bread-coffee-newspaper in Saint-Jammes Restaurants L'Amandier, Le Bourgneuf in Morlaas, and some "fast food" Restaurant pizzeria Le Colisée in Morlaas and even a brewery (Les Têtes blanches) in the village (open terrace friday evening in summer)! it will however be necessary to check the opening days and often book.
