The space The cottage consists of; 1st floor ~ 3 cottage bedrooms ~ 1 double (150cm bed), 1 small double (150cm bed) & 1 large single (120cm bed) Ground floor ~ kitchen, living room, bathroom (small) Kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher & washing machine Living room has large sofa, wood burner* & 42” tv. Bathroom (small) has a bath with shower above. Garden room/‘shed’ ~ fully insulated, heated, double glazed room with tv, mains power, lighting, WiFi, desk & additional memory foam mattresses if needed (by agreement) & large bean bag chair. Ideal for a quiet workspace (if needed) or for kids play (all ages!). Gardens (front & back) ~ lawned garden, patio, outdoor tables benches & parasol, bbq & boule/games area & fire-pit* & bike store** *Please use firepit & woodburner carefully/responsibly & read house manual prior to using. (The farm shop over the road sells firewood, kindling & firelighters) **Bikes can be used carefully/responsibly please & by prior agreement Other things to note The village is 15 miles/35 min drive from Bristol airport & 4 miles/15 mins from Bath city centre & Bath Spa train station.
