Detached cottage in an absolute quiet location between the historic and famous water mills of Maria Luggau in the beautiful Lesachtal. The 300-year-old farmhouse offers three bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, bathroom, two toilets, balcony and terrace with fantastic views. Ideal for families, friends and hiking lovers – in the middle of the hiking area and surrounded by nature, peace and original charm. The local tax is €2.50 per person per night and will be charged separately. The space The vacation home offers 3 bedrooms, a living-dining room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the bedroom you can access the large balcony. In front of the house is a parking space. Our vacation home is the only vacation home directly on the historic water mills. Here, nature, history and recreation combine to create an unforgettable vacation experience. Guest access The house is completely at your disposal. Other things to note The nearest ski resort Obertilliach can be reached in just 10 minutes by car – ideal for spontaneous skiing days. If you are looking for more choice, you will find a larger ski area in the Hochpustertal, Sillian, which can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. The next largest city, Lienz, with numerous shopping and leisure opportunities, is about 40 minutes away. Other destinations such as South Tyrol, for example Innichen, can be reached in about 35 minutes by car. The famous Three Peaks are about 1 hour and 10 minutes from Innichen. With about 1 hour driving time. In South Tyrol, you can reach the city of Bruneck with the famous Reinhold Messner museums. The drive by car from Maria Luggau in the Lesachtal to Lake Wörthersee takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes. The drive to Bibione on the Italian Adriatic coast takes about 2 hours and 20 minutes.
