The village is located 30km far from the Rhodes town and 15km far from the airport of Rhodes access to the house is very easy as it is located on the main road and so you can use the daily bus ( at least 4 trips per day between rhodes town , airport and kalavarda village).The bus stop is 50 meters away from the house. The house i the perfect choice for families or group of people as it consists of 3 bedrooms , one bathroom , one living room and a big kitchen . The existed garden is available for gardening and is perfect for taking your breakfast at the front yard. Personal parking lot is available too. The local beach is located 400 meters from the house and is available for swimming and water sports like kite surfing (the village is famous for the surfing beach) . You can visit the nearby local sights like the ancient runs of Kameiros , the Butterfly Valley and Profitis Ilias( local forest perfect for walks).The neighborhood is very quiet and so the house is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays . Other things to note The house is eqquiped with airconditioners and solar boiler . If hot water is not enough for your needs you can use the electric boiler. Before you leave the house please turn off the airconditioners and the boiler . Please respect the environment . You are kindly requested not to throw litter in the garden or the backyard . There is α garbage bin at the entrance of the house . You could also separate your rubbish and you the recycling bins at the square of the village .
