Property Layout & Privacy To ensure our guests feel completely at ease, here is how the property is laid out: * The Main House The historic 1878 Checkerboard House sits at the front of the property and is home to a family. * The Guesthouse Your rental is a completely standalone unit located securely at the rear of the property, tucked away from the street for a quiet, cozy and private stay. * Total Separation There is no shared access between the main house and the guesthouse. You will have your own private entrance, dedicated living space and completely separate outdoor areas. * The Guesthouse Experience Step inside our charming red roof guesthouse and discover a bright, comfortable space filled with natural light. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create an inviting atmosphere where you can truly unwind. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee in your private outdoor area or taking a relaxing soak under the stars, this space is built for retreating from the everyday hustle. Key Amenities Outdoor & Relaxation: * Private Hot Tub: Perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. * Complimentary Bikes: We provide free access to bicycles for you to use during your stay—perfect for exploring the town and local trails! There are five bikes total to choose from ranging from intermediate size to adult. * Separate Outdoor Space: A dedicated, private exterior area just for you, completely separate from the main house. * Private Entrance: Come and go as you please with total privacy. Indoor Comforts: * Restful Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a luxurious, ultra-comfortable mattress for a perfect night's sleep.
