Helga Bungalow

The bungalow was partially renovated in 2024 and offers a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area there is a couch which can be partially pulled out and serves as an emergency sleeping place. A conservatory of about 20 m² expands the living space to a total of about 55 m². The garden covers about 400 m². Important note: The pool located on the property may not be used at this time. The space The bungalow was built in 1989. Between 2000 and 2018, my grandparents lived here together. The bungalow has been empty since 2019 – in 2024, we decided to renovate it and possibly rent it out and name it after my grandmother Helga. The bungalow is located in the southern part of Fürstenwalde/Spree. Everything can be easily reached by car. - The nearest discount store is about 1.2 km away (about 16 minutes on foot). - The "Waldrandsiedlung" bus stop is about 5 minutes' walk away. - The "Fürstenwalde Süd" train station is about a 15-minute walk away. We will gladly provide a bicycle on request. A Senseo coffee machine is available – we strive to provide sufficient coffee pods. A small coffee fund for voluntary contributions is available. We are still at the beginning of our project, but we have many ideas for the future. Thank you for your support – we look forward to seeing you soon! Guest access The bungalow has its own driveway, accessible via a side street. A car can be parked under the carport. Other things to note Entering the pool, the shed and the area in front of the house is prohibited – there is a risk of accidents! The property is located near the A12 highway. With the window closed, the highway can't be heard. If you sit in the garden, the highway could be found to be disruptive. Pets are also welcome guests with us, but we charge a fee of €10 per stay. The property is currently not 100% fenced, but we can block the access between the property of the bungalow and our property on request, so that the animals could run around freely.
