A very charming 4 bedroom cottage formally part of the Glemham Hall Estate. The Cottage is conveniently situated to explore the coast with a pub only steps away! Downstairs comprises of a sunny kitchen, dining room, living room, snug and shower room. Upstairs there are 4 beautiful bedrooms and a full bathroom. Outside there is a beautiful south facing garden which backs onto farmland. There is ample parking to the rear. Travel cot (no linen) and high chair are available. Pooches welcome. The space Beautiful red brick 19th century cottage set in the stunning big sky Suffolk countryside on the edge of an Estate. Lots of walking and bird watching galore on the doorstep of the property. The property has retained its traditional charm and has recently been lovingly restored by my Husband and I. There are four comfy bedrooms with one king, two doubles and a small double. The views are spectacular from the rear of the property to open farmland. The sunny South facing garden is a delight of which there is a walk in picnic table for eight with a parasol to enjoy meals alfresco. Downstairs there is a large sunny kitchen with everything you need to cook. Two living rooms both with smart TV’s a large separate dining room for long leisurely dinners together. The property has a full bathroom upstairs with a freestanding bath and a shower and boot room downstairs. There is a Waitrose and Tesco an eight minute drive away in the nearby market town of Saxmundham where you will also find restaurants, takeaways and a train station. The charming market town of Framlingham is a 12 minute drive and features a biweekly produce market on Tuesdays and Saturdays in the main square. Famous for the castle and Ed Sheeran it is a lovely spot to watch the time pass with a fabulous walk around the castle and mere. There are many notable places close by like Snape Maltings (10 mins), Aldeburgh (17 mins), RSPB Minsmere (26 mins), Rendlesham Forest (19 mins) a firm favourite for children and dogs alike lovely hiking and bike trails take it easy or not!, Woodbridge (15 mins) thriving town with lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping an independent cinema and swimming pool. Enjoy a wonderful walk along the river. Tunstall Forest (15 mins) and Sutton Hoo (15 mins) to name a few. There is so much to explore of Suffolk within easy reach of the property. Suffolk is a wonderful sleepy county and one we love living in with our three Children and bonkers Pointer Douglas. We live close by to the property so are on hand for any help needed.
