Relax in the comfortable, spacious upstairs lounge and dining area which includes a Euro wood heater, split system heating/cooling unit and Smart TV. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, 6 burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave and plenty of kitchenware to enjoy meals for up to 12 guests. The bright, light filled open lounge and dining area will ensure enough room for your group to enjoy each other’s company. Opening from the lounge room is a great sized entertaining deck with 4 seating areas and outdoor dining setting with Weber BBQ. Sit back and relax with a book, enjoy the views and enjoy a summers day with friends and family. The large games room downstairs boasts the perfect children/ teenage space including pool table, soccer table, ample board games, comfortable couches, TV with Xbox/ DVD player along with an extra drinks fridge. Downstairs opens to a large backyard where you can spend time around the firepit. There are three carpeted double bedrooms upstairs, all include ceiling fans. Downstairs is one large carpeted bunk room that sleeps six. There are full bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. Fireplaces are in both the living areas along with wall heaters in the upstairs lounge, bedroom area and bunk room. There is ample parking inside the gates for cars, boats and trailers. Linen supplied for all beds. Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
