Listed again after private use, this lovely accommodation is set in the secure, grass courtyard of our quiet family home, with a private entrance and parking. Beyond the courtyard, you can explore a private field with a lake. Located on the edge of the South Downs National Park, there are plenty of walking routes through fields and woodland. Isington is a quiet hamlet, conveniently located between Farnham and Alton. Bentley station (just over one hour to London Waterloo) is a 15 minute walk. The space Ideal for a couple or parents with small children this recently decorated property has a homely feel and comprises an entrance hall, large bedroom; shower room and separate kitchen. The bedroom has a kingsize bed; two armchairs for a cosy read or to watch the smart tv; and a desk and chair for remote working. There is good wifi throughout the property. It would be possible to provide single or twin truckle beds, ideal for children, that would fit comfortably in the bedroom - please ask when making the booking. Similarly more kitchen chairs or highchair. There would be room for a cot. All bedding and bed / table linen will be provided. En-suite shower room with toilet, walk-in shower; heated towel rail, underfloor heating and a shaver/tooth brush socket. Bath and hand towels will be provided. Across the entrance hall is a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and sink. The kitchen contains all essential cooking utensils, pots, pans, cafetière, salt, pepper, olive oil, tea and coffee. Please note use of a washing machine and dryer in the owner's house is possible if required. Outside space There is a terrace with a bench immediately outside the cow byre which is for your exclusive use. Outdoor table and chairs will be provided in the warmer months. You are welcome to explore the owner's private field with beautiful peaceful lake which is located away from the house and gardens. The property is perfect for couples wanting a quiet time away, families with small children or people on a work contract. Plenty of walks from the property through fields and woodlands.
