Rental unit in Neustadt/Harz

Our small and comfortable apartment has just been renovated after long-term rental, and is now waiting for nice guests who want to relax in it and especially in our beautiful nature on the edge of the southern Harz. The apartment itself is barrier-free. The path from the parking lot on the property to the house entrance door leads over paved areas with slight transverse slopes. The space The apartment has a parking space, which is located on the slightly sloping property. Our guests are welcome to rent a barbecue from us and enjoy the great view of the castle or the valley while barbecuing. A seating area with a table and two chairs can also be used by our guests from June. Since our beautiful town currently charges a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day, this must be registered and paid online by the guest via the municipality's website from 01/01/2026. I will send the link with the check-in information. Prices deposited with AIRBNB are exclusive of tourist tax. Guest access The apartment is locked and will only be used by the guests during the booking period. A key safe allows check-in at any time of the day. Earliest check-in is 3 pm. Other things to note !!Winter information: We have a winter service under contract from November to March, which clears the driveway and the courtyard up to the entrance door between 7 am and 9 am and, if necessary, spreads salt.!! The access to the property is via a gravel road. Shortly before the end of the side road, the entrance is on the left side. With a little momentum, you climb the paved driveway. Our driveway is not suitable for sports cars and extremely low-lying vehicles. In winter, in the event of spontaneous snowfall, there may be restrictions on navigability. But fortunately, there are plenty of parking spaces in the area. Wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility should only drive / walk on the inclined terrain to the front door when accompanied.
