The space THE SPACE Anima Living is set on the ground floor of RESIDENZA ANIMA & VENTO and is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests in a spacious, welcoming setting full of personality. Each area has been thoughtfully furnished to reflect the most authentic colours, sensations, and details of Sardinia, creating a home that invites you to slow down and enjoy every moment naturally. From the moment you arrive, the private veranda introduces you to a slower, more relaxed atmosphere made of light, comfort, and pleasant outdoor moments. LIVING AREA The living room is the true heart of Anima Living: spacious, convivial, and full of character. The textured white walls, terracotta floors, striking fireplace, and furnishings in shades of sky blue and sand create an authentic and memorable setting, perfect for unwinding after a day spent between the sea and historic villages. The relaxation area is furnished with comfortable sofas that can be converted, when needed, into large single sofa beds, offering a practical and comfortable solution for additional guests. The presence of a TV with decoder also makes this space ideal for quieter evenings. Thanks to the Wi-Fi available throughout the house and the large table for 8 people, the living area is also perfectly suited to those who wish to combine a holiday with remote work. The natural light, the generous proportions of the room, and the air conditioning make this space comfortable and functional even for smart working days or a workation. DINING AREA AND KITCHEN The dining area stands out thanks to its large table for 8 people, perfect for sharing meals, organising dinners with family or friends, or working in a comfortable and informal way. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows you to manage every moment of the day in complete independence. It features an oven, microwave, Dolcegusto coffee machine, and everything you need to cook with ease and feel at home even while on holiday. MASTER BEDROOM The double bedroom is cosy, relaxing, and perfectly in keeping with the character of the house. Its light colours, seaside-inspired touches, and the presence of a convenient built-in wardrobe make it a pleasant and practical space to enjoy, also suitable for longer stays, allowing you to store clothes, suitcases, and personal belongings neatly and comfortably. The atmosphere here feels more intimate, perfect for rediscovering peace and rest after a day spent between beaches, nature, and the beautiful scenery of the area. BATHROOM The bathroom is functional and well cared for, featuring a shower box and washing machine, a very useful plus for guests looking for extra convenience during their stay. A little further on, the beautiful village of Posada captivates visitors with its authentic charm and is dominated by the evocative Castello della Fava, one of the best-preserved medieval fortresses in Sardinia. For the sea, the first beach to discover is the wonderful Su Tiriarzu, reachable in about 8 to 9 minutes by car.
