Le Bey Norma

"Le Bey" is a historic farmhouse from the 1600s, located in a quiet area in the heart of Salento, in Giuggianello. It takes its name from 3 of 9 sisters, and has been completely renovated maintaining the charm and warmth of a period farmhouse. It is the ideal place for those who want to return from the toils of the sea, enjoy relaxation, nature, take beautiful walks or bicycle rides or immerse yourself in reading. The space Norma is a studio apartment with barrel vaults in stone, 15x5 meters long. The bedroom is separated by a wall made by iron and glass artisans. It has a bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living area, kitchen and bathroom. The garden, for the exclusive use of guests, has a small bar without staff. You can independently prepare coffee or enjoy a bitter. We don't have a price list, we like the guest to recognize what they want. Free SERVICES: air conditioning, other utilities, outdoor washing machine with own detergent and softener, trays for small laundry, linen, Wi-Fi, Prime video, NETFLIX (with own account). We have designated a collection space for garbage. We will dispose of it according to the dedicated days. PAID SERVICES: Final cleaning fee €45 (mandatory). Paid external SERVICES: Washer and Dryer at the coin-operated laundromat in nearby Sanarica, 1 km away. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: Check-in from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the day of arrival – check-out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. BEACH SERVICE: Oikia Vacanze offers beach service in agreement with the Salento Holiday Beach club, optional for a fee, subject to limited availability, to be booked directly with the service manager PETS: Allowed only if well-behaved €40.00 per stay for special cleaning LATE CHECK-OUT AND CHECK-OUT: the supplement per room for customers who intend to occupy the room on the morning of the day of arrival and leave it after 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure is € 50.00 for check-out by 1:00 p.m., subject to availability. As for drinks, the Caffitaly machine allows you to prepare normal coffee, ginseng, cappuccino, hot chocolate or a selection of teas using the available capsules. In the bar refrigerator you can choose between different fruit juices and milk. Finally, on the counter you will find inviting tarts, while in the accommodations packaged products are available. And for the evening, bitters, grappas and liqueur creams are available to be sipped in the courtyard. The bar is available to all guests. Please help us keep it clean, as there is no dedicated staff.
