Look out over meadows, the sea, and the forest from one of the terraces, or use the lawn for soccer and play. In Stora Höga, there is a swimming area, a grocery store, sushi, a pizzeria, and public transportation. Stora Höga is close to Stenungsund, Tjörn, and Orust, and by commuter train or car, you can reach Gothenburg in 30 minutes. The space Here you will find a peaceful setting overlooking Hakefjorden, several terraces on different levels and in different locations, a lawn, and a trampoline where the children can play. The Getskär swimming area is a 10-minute walk away and offers both a beach for the children and deeper swimming out on the boat dock. The house is 170 square meters and there is space for 6 guests divided into 4 bedrooms with the following beds: Bedroom 1 (180 cm), Bedroom 2 (90 cm), Bedroom 3 (120 cm) and Bedroom 4 (160 cm). On the entrance level, you can reach living room 1, bathroom 1, and bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. You also have a laundry room on this floor as well as a patio with a built-in sofa for the opportunity to sit and enjoy the evening sun. Upstairs, you have the kitchen, living room 2, terrace, bathroom 2 and bedroom 4. Bedlinen and towels are not included. Electric car charging is available for purchase. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except for our walk-in closet. Cars can be parked outside the garage, as you do not have access to it. There is space for a total of 4 cars in the driveway. Other things to note In the bottom of the house, we have an apartment for rent where we offer long-term rentals. This property has its own parking, entrance, and patio, and does not impact the use of the rest of the house.
