Part of an authentic 18th century provencal farm house with pool on the Côte d'Azur In the countryside but at short distance from all amenities (1 km). Cannes 20mn, Grasse 10mn, Nice 35mn, Monaco 45mn Quiet, well-equipped. Parties or noisy gatherings are not allowed because of the next-door neighbours. The space Independent part of a traditional Provençal farmhouse spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with its own private bathroom and toilet. On the first floor, you will find the living room and a second bedroom. On the top floor, there are two connecting bedrooms: access to the fourth bedroom is through the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet. The accommodation therefore offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The indoor toilets are located within the two bathrooms; there is no separate toilet inside the house. Additional independent toilets are available in the summer kitchen by the pool. Guests enjoy a fully private outdoor area including the swimming pool, garden and summer kitchen, offering complete privacy. This unique layout is part of the farmhouse’s charm and is worth noting when planning a stay with family or friends. Other things to note The access road is narrow and winding, and is not suitable for long or high vans (such as L2H2 models).
