Recently renovated with fine finishes, it is located on the second floor of an Art Nouveau building: two large double bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open space that includes a kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed. Parquet and air conditioning, automated floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed wooden beams, and two windows with a view of the sea. Equipped with every comfort, it is ideal for your stay. No pets allowed The space The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. It features a large living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer and also a dishwasher. Large table in the living area for 6 people, with a window overlooking the sea! The living room has a double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and another window with a sea view! The TV is a smart TV. The two bedrooms in the sleeping area are close to the bathroom; one bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 7"), and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed (140 x 190 cm / 4' 7" x 6' 3"). Air conditioning available in the bedrooms and in the living area. The bathroom has a bidet, toilet, sink, and shower. Guest access The entrance is shared with other apartments. You cannot park your car on the property; only bicycles can be parked in the designated areas. You must climb some stairs. Other things to note You have to climb some stairs. There is no elevator.
