Upstairs bedroom with private bathroom and living room. I can rent 2 rooms on this floor with people's agreement. The bathroom locks. .New bedding 2019. Private parking in the yard, bike or motorcycle in the garage. Kitchen: no access, only for microwave reheating. 140/200 bed Quiet place. Stays limited to 3 nights Check-in 5:30 p.m. Check-out 10 a.m. Please respect the times. Breakfast extra 6€ Electric bike recharge €3 on arrival. The space It's more than a room that I rent on the second floor of my house where you are totally independent: a large private living room adjoins the room where you can relax, read... The bathroom is private, with everything you need (towels, toilet paper etc...). The bed is 140 for 2 people. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace and a large garden away from prying eyes. Your car will be safe in the private yard, no parking problems. Your bicycle or motorcycle will be locked in the garage. You are not in the middle of the city so you can sleep peacefully and if you need me to pick you up at Thaon-les-Vosges train station I will gladly do so and take you back there on the day of your departure. Highway access in 2 minutes The house is entirely non-smoking. For stays of more than 2 nights, the complete cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom will be done (bed included) every day from the second night. Guest access For a stay of several days, you will have access to the kitchen to heat your dishes. Microwave available for your use only Access to the outdoors: the garden is large, with many chairs and armchairs; possibility of eating outside in the summer with blinds to protect yourself from the sun. During your stay If you arrive by train at Thaon-les-Vosges, I can pick you up at the station if you have large luggage. Otherwise, you have 1 km to go to find the house. Head towards Avenue de l'Europe and cross it completely for about 700 m, then head towards Lycée Professionnel Emile Gallé. This should be on your left and then you take the first street on the right.
