Because the house is located in an urban area in the centre of České Budějovice, parking is not directly at the house or directly at the entrance to the accommodation. Dedicated parking is located in Za domem Street, approximately 250 metres on foot from the apartments. We recommend that you first stop briefly at the house and unload your luggage. You can then move to the prepared parking space. **Apartment** Sometimes the greatest luxury is simply slowing down. Gentle Harmony is for moments just like this. Fully equipped facilities and air conditioning are ready – but what you'll remember is the peace and quiet. **House** The VIVIEN Apartments building has stood in the centre of České Budějovice since 1900 and has seen a lot. From the outside, it retains its original character and history, but inside it underwent a major renovation in 2026 – the apartments and fittings are therefore completely new. The best of both worlds comes together here: the atmosphere of a house with more than a century of history and the comfort of a fresh, well-thought-out interior. You can walk to both Přemysl Otakar II Square and the main railway station. Inside, five apartments await you, each with its own vibe – from gentle tranquillity to a more pronounced evening character. Gentle Harmony is the lightest and most delicate of them. It's not a hotel or a guesthouse. It's a boutique place with personal care, where every detail has a purpose – and where you're not just choosing a place to stay, but the atmosphere you want to be in for a while. Guest access Guests have the entire Gentle Harmony apartment to themselves – the living area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is separate and lockable, so you have complete privacy throughout your stay. Guests can also freely use the shared garden by the house – a pleasant place to sit, have a morning coffee or enjoy a moment of peace after a day in the city. The accommodation also includes a free dedicated parking space in Za domem Street, approximately 250 metres from the house. Both the entrance and the apartment are keyless, using a code lock. However, we always hand over the apartment in person – upon arrival, we will welcome you, show you around and also show you where to park, so that you don't have to deal with anything yourself. We see it as a natural part of how we take care of the house: we like to know who's staying with us, and you can be sure that you'll be looked after from the very first moment. Just let us know your approximate arrival time in advance; in case we can't meet, we also have a backup solution for a convenient check-in. The apartments are located on the raised ground floor – there are only a few steps to the entrance, no upper floors or long staircases. At the same time, thanks to the raised floor, no one can see inside from the street, so you have privacy even in a ground-floor flat. We always hand over the apartment in person – upon arrival, we will welcome you and show you how to use the keyless entry. Just let us know your approximate arrival time in advance and we'll arrange the handover. The entire house and the apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden. We are a smaller boutique accommodation with a personal touch – not a hotel with a 24-hour reception. But we take even greater care of each guest personally and are available to you throughout your stay.
