The space In this cozy 56‑m² cottage, you will find all the comforts for a relaxing stay. The absolute highlight? Thanks to the two French doors leading to the two different terraces, you can step right out into the outdoors. This means you can enjoy the sun all day long, or the cool of the shade. Perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening. 🛒 Convenience right around the corner (Centrum Zuidwolde) Within walking or a short biking distance, you will find the charming center of Zuidwolde. Here, you can get your daily groceries at various supermarkets and stores. Don't feel like cooking? Enjoy the local dining options on the cozy terraces and in the restaurants. 🐴 World-class equestrian sports & culture CH de Wolden Equestrian sports enthusiasts will be in perfect shape here. This prestigious international showjumping competition takes place nearby (1.5 km). Our property is the ideal base for both participants in and visitors to this top sporting event. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage with the exception of the garage. The terrace in front of and next to the cottage and the garden are for the use of the guests.
