A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Please let us know in advance if you would like to experience the forest in a unique and exclusive way. The space The house is 200 square feet and with a classroom of nearly 4 meters in height. Witch makes it possible for you to arrange a conference, party or a workshop. Theres two bedroom on the second floor. One kingsize bed with balcony and in the second bedroom there's 2 twin bed and extra extra mattresses . the house is heated with firewood in a large wood-fired boiler, and it's warm when you arrive. Only 500 meters from the house you find your own private dock where you can go for a swim or just relax in the sun. Guest access Bedlinen and towels, 1 canoe, 2 bikes, basic fishing tools. We just installed fiber connection here, so this can also be a good place if you need to work from here. If you want to book a guide for a forest walk and to learn about all the trails around the area. Just ask us in advance. Other things to note The house is surrounded by lakes, woods, trails, a golf course and a lot of cosy fireplaces. The area also have great flea markets, restaurants and coffeeshops. The forest; It's a very old and beautiful natural forest, som parts older than 300 years. It has have a lot of different trails with various scenery of mostly pine, birch and firs and small lakes to stop for a swim. It's so special that the new Ronja Rövardotter movie, is filmed in this woods.
