Private beach,spectacular view, wifi,Jacuzzi,Sauna

My cottage is located in a beautiful area ideal for spectacular hiking, skiing, fishing, kayaking, SUP-boarding, yoga and all kinds of recreational activities. I also have a new wood fired sauna available right at the beach. OUT OF RESPECT FOR MY NEIGHBOURS, I DO NOT ALLOW PARTYING AT MY COTTAGE The space What is unique about this location is the access both to the fjord and to the mountains. There are numerous of hikes (daytrips) you can do in the nearby mountains. You just pick the hike from the view while drinking your morning coffee on the terrace...And when you return, you go for a swim in the fjord or relax in the Jaccuzzi while the barbecue is heating up. During summer it is daylight 24/7 so the day never “ends”. You will love it! At Kvanne village - only 5 mins away - there is a golf course (6 holes) with fantastic views of mountains and fjord. During winter, Surnadal (15mins away) has good downhill hill lift/slopes and only 10 mins away you have access to very nice tracks for xcountry skiing. The area is also well known for spectacular Randonne skiing (ski touring) Guest access Also available: Jacuzzi (new 2021), Sauna at the beach (new march 2025), garden, furniture and outdoor fireplace, hammock, Weber gas barbecue, camp fire at the beach, off-road bicycle and a sit-on kayak. You will also find lots of books, games and toys. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAIN SOURCE FOR HEATING IS A FIREPLACE(there is lots of wood). But you will also find electric heaters. When you arrive: 1. Keys are found in a black key box by the yellow shed door. I will send you the code prior to your arrival. 2. I will make the beds ready for you, but if I am away for work at the time of your checkin, you will find lots of sheets/linen and towels in the hallway closet. 3. If you arrive from the south and plan on a late night arrival, please note that the last ferry from Røkkum/Rykkjem leaves at 11:35 PM. If you didnt make it, there is another way with a night ferry: Kanestraum-Halsa but that detour will ad another 2 hrs to your drive (!). If you arrive from the north (Trondheim), you dont need to go by ferry. Before you leave: 1. Please leave all sheets/linen/towels in the black laundry bag. 2. Put the key back in the box and roll the code to “any number”. 3. Please note that CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED, so make sure that everything is clean and in order (also the shower and inside the fridge) before you leave. I want to make sure that the next guests feel that they arrive to a beautiful place that is in order... 3. By the shed you will find a trash can. When you leave, please take the trash to Kvanne just across the old store (which is now closed) and toss it in a container marked “hytterenovasjon”.
