The space 🛏️ Sleeps • Bedroom: 2 single beds + 1 tent bed ⸻ 🏡 About the apartment As you step inside, you will be greeted by a beautiful old bakery oven that gives the property a unique character (not in use). To the left, there is a charming, smaller kitchen with a kitchen island. • To the right is the living room with a dining area. • To the left, at an angle, there is an older bathroom with a shower and toilet. The property is located in a house with two apartments. There is no internal connection between them, but it is a shared accommodation with neighbors, which is good to know. The apartment is unfortunately not accessible. ⸻ 🧺 Practical info Bedding • Please bring your own duvet covers and sheets Cleaning • Checklist and instructions available at the property • Guests are responsible for cleaning before check out Laundry facilities • Smaller laundry room available next to the barn • Shared with other guests via manual appointment on site ⸻ 🏊 Pool & rules • Any use of the pool is at your own risk • Heated saltwater pool from April 19 to October 19. During the period from October 19 to April 19, the pool is not heated, but it can still be used. • Pool is open 8am–10pm for all guests • Smoking is not allowed at the pool area • Be considerate of other guests • More precautions are posted by the pool area • If the pool is not available during the stay, during the period in which it should normally be open, due to technical problems or damage, 20% discount is offered on the entire stay. ——— 🔥 Grilling • Charcoal grill is on the patio • Charcoal/briquettes/lighter fluid are to be brought by guests ⸻ 📍 The location The place is close to the highway, which can mean some noise. However, most people don't experience this as disturbing. Pets Sorry, pets are not allowed. On the farm In the courtyard, we, Elin and Marcus, live together with our two Shetland Sheepdogs. They love to play and can sometimes bark a bit in the morning and evening. They only move around within a fenced area in our backyard, but if they do come up to you, they are very friendly.
