Inside, the property features a modern open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, cosy seating area, Smart TV, and high-speed internet—perfect for unwinding after a day out. The spacious bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes with ample storage, and high-quality hypoallergenic linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The contemporary bathroom offers a walk-in shower, wash basin, WC, and soft premium towels. Additional benefits include a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron, clothes airer, and secure storage space for bikes or outdoor equipment. Guest access The driveway is shared; however, the property is accessed via a private entrance, providing exclusive access to the apartment. Access to the property is via a key safe box which the details for this will be given 24 hours prior to the standard check in time of 4pm. Other things to note For stays of more than 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service helps ensure the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. The cost of the mandatory mid-stay clean is £65, which includes general cleaning, fresh bed linen, and replacement towels. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the mid-stay clean. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog, per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately. Please note, while there is no private garden, the property does have an open, ungated courtyard to the front. Dogs are welcome, provided they are supervised in this space, and you’ll find plenty of great walks nearby to enjoy with them. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly. Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours.
