The RV is located in the grounds of the main house, in the sleepy village of Oare, a hamlet of the market town Faversham, which has good road and railway links to the cost, Whitstable 20 mins away, Margate and Dover 30 mins. The village location is close to 3 gastro pubs & some of the best bird watching in the country just a 10min walk from the wetlands of Oare marshes, and the Swale estuary with Harty ferry costal paths. The space The Rv is 10m in length 2.4m wide sleeps 6 max, has fixed rear bedroom with bunk beds , mid full size shower room, with basin as wc, gas heated shower (10 minute re heat between users ) fully operational kitchen with American fridge freezer, gas hob & microwave oven extract over hob, kitchen dinner with seating for 4 persons , lounge sofa bed that opens out on demand. Swivel captain seats up front to give a comfortable living & recreational living area. Guest access The Rv has rear bedroom with bunk beds either side access through the middle, a lounge sofa that converts into a sofa bed, with a comfortable maximum occupancy of 6 people ( the listed price is for 2 persons with additional costs calculated per person added at checkout ) you have the use of a spacious garden and bbq area within the side awning of the Rv Other things to note The furnishings & finishing within the Rv are not easily changeable if they become damaged so we ask that the vehicle is treated with respect to preserve the longevity of the interior while in your use please.
