Tawny Owl is a peaceful home in the rural hamlet of Treburrick, near Padstow in North Cornwall’s Seven Bays. A 10-minute walk to Porthcothan Beach, with easy access to coastal paths and countryside. Spacious lounge, garden with views, and private parking. A quiet location within 15 minutes of Padstow, Newquay, Wadebridge and the A30. Ideal for those looking to switch off, walk, and spend time by the sea. Summer buses run locally, however transport is advised unless walking the coastal path. The space Three-bedroom house with two guest rooms available. Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities, a large lounge, garden and driveway parking. Host lives on site. Each room is suitable for up to two guests. The house doesn’t have a traditional TV, but there is a projector set up for films and streaming. Guest access Guests have access to their private room, shared bathroom, spacious lounge, garden and driveway parking. The house is lived-in, so some areas remain private. During your stay I live and work from home, so I’m generally on hand if needed. I’m always happy for a chat over morning coffee, but equally respect guests’ space and privacy. Other things to note Treburrick is a small rural hamlet close to the coast. Porthcothan Beach and the South West Coast Path are within walking distance, while shops, restaurants and other amenities are located in the surrounding villages and towns. There is a seasonal bus service, however having your own transport will provide greater flexibility for exploring the area. There is a friendly cat called Shadow who lives at the property. Please park on the driveway considerately so up to three cars can fit comfortably. Guests are welcome to use the washing machine, fridge and freezer if needed. There is also an additional toilet located just outside, useful if chilling or sunbathing in the garden. Occasional daytime visitors are welcome by prior agreement, but no overnight guests. Camper vans are welcome to park on the drive for short stays if these are your additional guest then a £10 a night fee will be payable.
