Ideal family house 2 minutes from the beach

Ideal family house of four floors, 140 sq.m, two spacious double bedrooms (one equipped with fireplace) two single bedrooms(one located in the attic), a cozy living room equipped with fireplace creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere ideal for vacation. Also, it is equipped with its own garden, BBQ, fast Internet, three A/C, a washing machine, a contemporary kitchen, two big bathrooms and 2 WCs. The house is delivered cleaned and ready from cleaning service a few hours before your arrival together with clean sheets, towels and covers. The house is perfect to accomodate 2 families with their own space and privacy which makes you feel like home. Nea Peramos and near villages like Nea Iraklitsa and Palio are famous and known for their clean sand beaches perfect for families to relax gazing at the Mediterranean sea. Just 2 minutes walking from the house there is a beach with beach bars where you can have a parasol and loungers without extra cost, just whatever you order to drink and the average cost for an ice coffee is 3 euros. Now in Nea Peramos there are the most famous beach bars of the area, the renowned Ammolofi where you can find 8 big beach bars one next to the other. You can go to Ammolofi by car or by bus in 8 minutes approximately and there you can also have parasol and lounger without extra cost, just whatever you order. Nea Peramos is a calm village which turist-wise is populated mostly with families who want to enjoy Greece. In Nea Peramos you can have plenty of choices for food (gyros,suvlaki,pizza,restaurants,crepes) and drinks in the local bars and restaurants in the center of the village. The house from the center of the village is 3 minutes by foot. Because of the fact that I am currently working in Athens, I will not be able to be there physically but I have a person ready to assist you 24/7 with whatever you might need. Of course I will be available for any questions or problems you might have so that I ensure everything is working properly.
