The villa has 5 bedrooms with a total of 3 double beds, 1 children's bed, and 1 crib, making the property ideal for families with children as well. You have access to the entire house, as well as two patios where you can enjoy the sun, and a charcoal grill for wonderful outdoor dinners. The area is quiet and child-friendly, with proximity to nature, playgrounds, and amenities. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including all 5 bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room, and the bathroom. The garden, with two patios and a charcoal grill, can also be used freely during the stay. Parking is next to the house. Other things to note Quiet and family-friendly area – we ask that guests respect this and avoid loud noise late at night. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets by arrangement only. The house is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Parties and larger gatherings are not allowed.
