Off-grid experience.

This is not an Hotel. It is a paradise for those seek to unplug and reconnect to a slower pace of life while experimenting with off-grid living: solar electricity for lights, solar and firewood heating systems, low pressure water system, compost toilet, no mobile or internet networks available inside the house. You will have access to a splash tank, food garden, trekking paths and a small waterfall. The space The guesthouse is set within the garden in an isolated setting about 2km from the nearest village. We live in a house across the road and up the hill near enough to offer assistance when needed but far enough to give privacy. Guest access The guest house is completely yours with a bedroom, bathroom with compost toilet and wood-fired water heater, and kitchen. You also have a private patio with shade and access to a natural swimming pool and walking paths. Other things to note Get ready to party like it's 1899! We are low/no-tech here in the guest house. This includes: -compost/dry toilet. -wood-fired & solar water heater. -gas range and wood-fired oven in the kitchen. -solar power system is sufficient to run the refrigerator and charge small devices during the day. All must be disconnected during the night and absolutely no use of hair dryers or other heating devices. -wi-fi at 30 meter distance. -limited cell reception.
