Cozy holiday home between beautiful mountains

It has constantly been redecorated up to good standards with good comfort and all necessities. It is used as a holiday house for our family. The space Rural, but with a short distance to several city centers such as Stryn, Nordfjordeid, Volda & Ørsta, Ulsteinvik and Ålesund. Quiet and peaceful with very limited traffic past the country house as the main road is 500m away. Amazing views of mountains, valleys, rivers and water. In the countryside but only a short trip by car to the city centers of Stryn, Nordfjordeid, Volda, Ørsta, Ulsteinvik and Aalesund. Very quiet with very limited traffic by the house. Fantastic view of the valley, with lakes and rivers nearby. Guest access Her kan man sykle, spasere, gå på fjelltur/topptur, jakte småvilt, fiske i elver og flere vann eller bare nyte stillheten og friheten. Alt er i umiddelbar nærhet. Alpinsenter kun 15min biltur unna (Hornindal Skisenter). Flere butikker og bensinstasjon kun 10min biltur unna. Vi har noen sykler for voksne og barn, og vi har kano. Dette kan benyttes av gjestene. Utemøbler og en Weber gassgrill på en 17 kvadratmeter stor veranda med tilgang direkte fra stuen via en dobbel glassdør. 3x3m stor markise som kan sveives ut over utvendig spiseplass i tilfelle nedbør. You can walk, bicycle, go hiking, hunting, fishing or just enjoy the nature, fresh air and the peace and quiet. Everything is close by and practically on the doorstep. Alpine center only 15min away by car. Several shops and gas station 10min away. We have some bicycles and a canoe that the guests are allowed to use. Outdoor furniture and a Weber propane grill on a 17 sqm veranda, directly accessible from the living room via a double glass door. A big awning of 3x3m can be cranked out to cover the outdoor dining place in case of rain. Other things to note Dette er stedet for langhelgen, kortuke (man-fre), hel uke eller eventuelt hele ferien. Stille rekreasjon eller fartsfylte aktiviteter, det er opp til leietager. Her er alle muligheter. Bruk av håndkle og sengetøy er inklusive i leieprisen. Minimumleie er 3 døgn. Nytt fra 2024: Nytt dusjkabinett. Totalrenovert yttertak, med ekstra isolasjon og ny takstein. Ombygd på ene siden med takoppløft som gir en stor loftstue på 16 kvadratmeter, med ekstra stor takhøyde og et stort vindu med utsikt rett i vår flotte natur. Nydelig nyoppusset soverom på loft. Nye spisestuemøbler. Bilder oppdateres fortløpende. Nytt fra 2025: Nyrenovert rom mellom kjøkken og stue, opprinnelig en innglasset veranda. Nå et koselig rom for å sette seg ned med en kopp kaffe, en avis/bok og nyte den flotte utsikten over vår fredelige dal (ferdig april/mai 2025). This is the place for the long weekend, short week (Mon-Fri), whole week or even your entire holiday. Peaceful recreation, or full action, its up to you. Here you have all possibilities. Use of towels and bed linens are included in the rent. Minimum rent 3 nights. New from 2024: New shower cubicle. Completely renovated outer roof, with extra insulation and new roof tiles. Rebuilt on one side with a roof lift that gives a large loft living room with extra high ceiling height and a large window with a view directly into our beautiful nature. Newly renovated bedroom in the attic. New furniture in the dining room part of the living room. Pictures updated as we finish our projects. New from 2025: Totally renovated room between kitchen and living room, formerly an englased veranda. Now a cozy room for sitting down with a cup of coffe, a newspaper/book and enjoy the wonderful view of our peaceful valley (finished April/May 2025).
