The space The large, spacious terrace of the house overlooking the ocean makes it great for those who want to stay at home; in addition to the beach being a 5-minute walk away. The house is good for couples, groups of friends, families (with children from 6 years old) ON NEW YEAR'S EVE: MINIMUM OF 8 DAYS. AT CHRISTMAS: MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS / AT CARNIVAL: MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS. Guest access All rooms except the laundry room. Other things to note There is a housekeeper and gardener who take care of the house and will guide the entrance and exit, in addition to assisting and guiding the use of the house.
