The space The apartment, approximately 100 sqm, is entirely on one level and easily accessible, making it suitable also for guests with reduced mobility thanks to step-free access and a ramp. The private outdoor areas, similar in size, further enhance the overall living space. The spacious and bright living area is designed for comfort and social moments, featuring a large cozy sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a dedicated smart working corner and desk, and a second bedroom with two single beds and a spacious walk-in closet, ideal for families or friends. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and handheld shower. At the back of the house, a well-kept private garden offers an outdoor lounge area, barbecue, fountain, and adjustable shading—perfect for relaxing or dining outside. At the front of the property, the charming koi pond welcomes guests and creates a unique and peaceful atmosphere from the very first moment. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and private garden. The entrance is independent, and the property is entirely on one level. Other things to note City tax: €1 per person per day (children up to 13 years old are exempt). Small/medium-sized dogs are allowed with an extra fee of €50. Cats are not allowed. Late check-in after 9:00 PM is subject to an additional fee of €20.
