Magical cottage in the mystical Waldviertel

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. The space The house includes an entrance area with a wardrobe, a kitchen-living room, a meeting room, two bedrooms, a children's/playroom, as well as a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a guest toilet and a laundry room. The cozy kitchen is equipped with a wood stove. The modern kitchenette with electric stove and dishwasher includes everything you need for cooking (microwave, blender, mixer, kettle, toaster, contact grill). There is a fully automatic coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. For families, a highchair, crib and changing facilities are available. The meeting room with direct exit to the terrace invites you to relax together. A play and painting table is available in the children's room. Our offer also includes a bookcase, a game box (badminton, frisbee, card and board games, children's books and games), a doll kitchen, a small playground by the house, and a small tourist information with useful tips for a successful vacation in the Waldviertel. The guest house includes a fully equipped terrace (kettle grill, deck chairs, dining table, bench and hanging chair) as well as the garden adjacent to the house with a small sun terrace. Free parking next to the property is available during the stay. If the summer temperatures in the city are no longer bearable, our stone house offers pleasant cooling thanks to its constant indoor climate. Perfect spot for a well-kept summer retreat. In winter, the Schidorf Kirchbach is ideal for children's ski lessons.
